2025年的廣州精品美食週已經在10月11日於海心沙亞運公園盛大開幕，並將持續至10月19日。這場為期9天的美食盛宴匯集了超220個餐飲品牌，旨在打造一個集美食、文化、音樂與體育於一體的多元消費體驗。

星級主廚與頂尖餐廳：活動匯集了全國知名的黑珍珠、米芝蓮餐廳，你可以在「黑珍珠大道」一站式品嚐高級餐飲。開幕式上，八位星廚聯手打造的「星廚聯名晚宴」帶來如魚子醬鹵水鵝肝、龍蝦鐘水餃等創意菜品，這些菜式在活動期間也面向公眾開放品鑑。
多元美食街區：除了高端餐飲，現場還設有多個特色街區，滿足不同口味。
星光大道：聚焦在本地創意粵菜，如椰林海鮮碼頭、鄉村餐莊等。
非遺小吃街：邀請非遺品牌及傳承人坐鎮，復原廣府傳統味道。
老字號嘉年華：陶陶居、廣州酒家等老字號也齊聚一堂。
精彩演藝與互動：美食週現場打造了“多層次演藝矩陣”，每天都有不同的音樂和活動。

The 2025 Guangzhou Gourmet Week opened grandly at the Haixinsha Asian Games Park on October 11th and will run until October 19th. This nine-day culinary extravaganza brings together over 220 dining brands, aiming to create a diverse consumer experience integrating food, culture, music, and sports.

Star-rated chefs and top restaurants: The event brings together renowned Black Pearl and Michelin-starred restaurants nationwide, offering a one-stop experience of high-end dining on the “Black Pearl Avenue.” At the opening ceremony, eight celebrity chefs collaborated to create a “Celebrity Chefs’ Collaboration Dinner,” showcasing creative dishes such as caviar-marinated foie gras and lobster dumplings. These dishes were also open to the public for tasting during the event.
Diverse Food Districts: In addition to high-end dining, the venue also features several unique districts catering to diverse tastes.
Avenue of Stars: Spotlights local creative Cantonese cuisine, such as Coconut Grove Seafood Wharf and Countryside Restaurant.
Intangible Cultural Heritage Snack Street: Invites intangible cultural heritage brands and their inheritors to recreate traditional Cantonese flavors.
